About Edrea

Edrea is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and families heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel more balanced, meaningful, and authentic. She believes that emotional well-being is deeply connected to our physical health, relationships, environment, and life experiences.

Her work is rooted in trauma-informed care and draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches that help individuals develop insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change. She has a particular interest in the impact of trauma, chronic stress, attachment, and the mind-body connection.

Throughout her career, Edrea has worked across inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, correctional mental health, and community-based settings. She is especially passionate about helping clients understand how past experiences and family dynamics influence present struggles, while fostering healthier patterns of communication, connection, and self-understanding.
